Tip #911: First Aid

It’s one of the simplest and most useful bits of training you and your volunteers can have - a first aid class. With the many activities on the average youth ministry schedule, and 1.3 daredevils per 10 students, there is always the potential for minor-to-major owies. Having leaders who are prepared to handle these eventualities is priceless!   2. This is why I love having a physician’s assistant on my staff!

    Also, having the first aid & CPR certifications might help your church out with insurance rates, it’s worth looking into.
