Tip #24: Surround your ministry with prayer

Surround your ministry with prayer! As the “season” starts to roll, recruit a number of intercessors to pray for the various aspects of the ministry you lead. A team to pray for you during the week as you plan and prepare, a team to pray during your large and small group meeting times, and a number of people to pray for the youth by name (if your group is very large, you can divide the list among more intercessors). Keep your intercessors informed of activities and trips, and don’t forget to thank them!
